A Salute to Firefighters

Everyone loves firefighters. Firefighters are running towards a fire when everyone else is running away. They are responsible for more than fire fighting. They assist EMT's at car accident scenes and are called when a local cat is stuck in a tree. They brave the extreme heat wearing heavy coats and pants along with their heavy breathing equipment. In the winters, they endure the cold while the mist from the water spraying of their hoses frost over masks and gloves. The Door Fort salutes these heroes and hope to inspire children to be a firefighter in the future!
